RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At WOW — Wear ONEWORD, each piece is created with intention and released in limited quantities. We want you to love your purchase, and we also understand that things don’t always work out. Please review our policy below.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Item must be free of odors, stains, or damage

  • Item must be returned with original tags attached

Due to the limited monthly drop nature of our products, inventory is not guaranteed for exchanges. If your requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

 

Final Sale Items

All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once a monthly word retires, it will not be restocked.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account

 

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we’re happy to help if inventory allows.
Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the desired size is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A store credit

  • A refund (minus original shipping)

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We’ll make it right.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as WOW is not responsible for lost return packages
