Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
WOW is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, WOW is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
