SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

ONEWORD Club is WOW’s monthly subscription for customers who want to receive the new word hoodie automatically each month.

By joining Word Club, you agree to the terms outlined below.

How ONEWORD Club Works

• Subscribers receive one WOW hoodie per month

• Each hoodie features the new monthly word

• Subscriptions renew automatically based on the plan selected

• Billing occurs on the same date each month unless modified or canceled

ONEWORD Club ensures early access to each drop and guarantees your size before inventory sells out.

Billing & Renewal

• Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle

• You will receive a confirmation email after each successful charge

• Prices are locked in at the time of subscription unless otherwise stated

Cancellations

You may cancel your ONEWORD Club subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the upcoming month:

• Cancellations must be made before the next billing date

Once an order has been processed for the month, it cannot be canceled.

Skips & Pauses

At this time, skipping individual months is not available.

You may:

• Continue your subscription

• Cancel before the next billing cycle

• Rejoin at a later date (subject to availability)

Returns & Exchanges (ONEWORD Club Orders)

ONEWORD Club orders follow the same return guidelines as standard purchases, with the following conditions:

• Returns or size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Exchanges are subject to availability

If your size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Final Sale & Retired Words

Once a monthly word retires:

• It will not be restocked

• It cannot be exchanged for the same word

ONEWORD Club guarantees access before words retire, but does not guarantee availability of past words after cancellation.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• We will attempt to process the payment again

• If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused or canceled automatically

You will be notified if action is required.

Shipping

• ONEWORD Club orders ship according to the monthly release schedule

• Shipping timelines will be communicated via email

• Address changes must be updated before the monthly billing date

Changes to the Program

WOW reserves the right to update or modify ONEWORD Club benefits, pricing, or structure at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
